It’s something we’re genuinely proud of. We’ve been installing Sigenergy systems for customers across Surrey, Hampshire and the South of the United Kingdom for some time, so reaching Gold status is a useful recognition of the experience we’ve built with the technology.
But what exactly does Gold Installer status mean, and why should it matter if you’re considering a Sigenergy system for your home?
What is Sigenergy Gold Installer status?
Sigenergy operates an official installer programme with four levels:
- Certified Installer
- Silver Installer
- Gold Installer
- Platinum Installer
Installers joining the programme need to register with Sigenergy, sign a service agreement and complete the required training and exam.
From there, installers earn points through qualifying Sigenergy installations. Silver status is awarded to installers in the top 5–10% of their region, while Gold Installer status is reserved for the top 5%.

For us, that makes Gold status much more meaningful than simply being approved to install the products. It reflects the amount of hands-on experience our team has built up designing, installing and commissioning Sigenergy systems.
Our experience installing Sigenergy systems
We work with a wide range of solar, battery and EV charging manufacturers because there isn’t one system that is right for every home.
Sigenergy has increasingly become one of the options we recommend where its combination of solar generation, battery storage, electric vehicle charging and energy management suits the property and the way the customer uses electricity.
Our Sigenergy work has included everything from straightforward residential installations to more unusual projects.

Gold Installer status now gives customers another indication of the level of Sigenergy experience behind those installations.
What does Gold Installer status mean for you?
If you’re considering a SigenStor system, the main benefit is fairly simple: you’re choosing an installer that regularly works with the technology.
SigenStor brings several parts of a home energy system together, including the solar inverter, battery storage and energy management system, with EV charging available as part of the wider system.
That makes good system design important. As energy demands continue to evolve, customers and businesses need battery storage systems that can grow alongside them. Sigenergy’s innovative battery solutions are designed with scalability at their core, allowing home and business oweners to start with the capacity they need today and expand their system as requirements increase.

Does being a Gold Installer mean we’ll always recommend Sigenergy?
No, and we think that’s important.
We work with multiple brands across solar panels, batteries, inverters and EV chargers. Sigenergy is an excellent option for many homes, but we won’t recommend it simply because we’ve achieved Gold Installer status.
The right system depends on your property and what you want it to achieve.
For one household, that might mean a SigenStor system combining solar and battery storage in a compact setup. For another, a different battery or inverter may make more sense.
Our job is to work that out before recommending the equipment.
That’s also why our surveys look at more than how many panels will fit on your roof. We’ll talk about your current electricity use, how that could change in future, the tariffs available to you and whether things such as an EV or heat pump need to be factored into the design.
