Senior Electrician / Supervisor

We are Solar PV installers, who specialise in domestic and commercial roof mount PV systems, as well as general Electrical Installation works. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Electrician / Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have electrical experience with Solar PV & Battery systems on both domestic and commercial properties with a minimum level 3 qualification.

Based in Surrey but may require travel.

With the company quickly growing there is opportunity to progress into management level if desired in future

The role:

• Deliver Solar PV & Battery storage installations, inclusive of all electrical requirements on projects.
• Undertake general Electrical Installation works
• An understanding of health and safety on-site and the ability to work in line with our company Risk Assessment and Method Statement
• Working as part of a team to support with electrical work
• Competent in fully commissioning the system & demonstrating the system/online monitoring to end user.
• Ad hoc requirements and projects to support / meet needs of business.
• Report direct into Senior Management
• Manage subcontractors

The person:

• Professional attitude and approach to work
• Full UK driving license
• Previous experience installing Solar PV systems will be highly advantageous
• 18th Edition Qualified electrician
• Competent in Test & inspections & can complete App based test certificates/handover documentation
• Assisting in maintaining NIC/EIC accreditation
• Be motivated and keen for progression within growing business
• Will require DBS check
