Having work done on your home comes with practical questions. Where will the equipment go? What happens on installation day? How do you use the monitoring app? We’ll explain the arrangements for your home, talk you through your system and provide support after installation.
If your Switch Together offer names Viable Power as your installer, contact us with any questions. Have your scheme reference handy if you have one.
How Switch Together works
Switch Together, previously known as Solar Together, is a group-buying scheme organised by iChoosr in partnership with local authorities.
It brings households together to access competitive offers for solar panels and battery storage from vetted installers. The scheme identifies your installer in your personal offer. You decide whether to accept that offer.
1
Register your interest
Register on the official Switch Together website and provide details about your home.
Registration is free and without obligation.
.
2
Receive your personal offer
Vetted installers compete through the scheme’s group-buying process.
You receive a personal offer setting out your proposed system, price and allocated installer.
3
Decide whether to proceed
Review the offer and its terms before deciding.
If you proceed, your installer surveys your home to check suitability and confirm the installation details.
4
Installation and support
Your allocated installer arranges the agreed work. If that’s us, we’ll install and commission your system, explain how to use it and provide aftercare.
