Jason Jackson
Director
Jason has worked in the electrical and renewable energy industry for over ten years and is passionate about delivering excellent quality workmanship for every customer.
Based in Farnham with his partner and two children, Jason takes pride in growing Viable Power into a trusted name across the community.
When he isn’t running the company, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and supporting Farnham Town FC, who Viable proudly sponsor.
Katie Ball
Sales and Operations Manager
Katie brings years of experience in customer service and operations from her previous career in financial services.
She focuses on maintaining a top-tier experience for every customer—from enquiry to installation and beyond. Katie ensures you get the right system at the right price, with aftercare that keeps everything running as it should.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys time with family and is currently busy planning her upcoming wedding to Jason
Chris Ball
Project Coordinator
Chris has been part of the Viable Power team for more than three years. He looks after customer proposals, carries out surveys and continuously improves our internal processes.
Living locally with his wife and two children, Chris is also studying for additional surveying qualifications in his spare time.
His attention to detail ensures every customer receives accurate designs and seamless coordination throughout their project.
Zak Conlon
Installation Manager
Zak has over ten years’ experience in electrical and Solar PV installations.
As our Installation Manager and NIC EIC Qualified Supervisor, he oversees every project to make sure it meets the highest standards.
Based on the south coast with his fiancé and their dog, Zak enjoys travelling with friends and family and heading out on his motorcycle in his spare time.
Nathan Lee
Renewables Coordinator
Nathan has been with Viable Power since 2023 and is completing a Chartered Management degree alongside his role.
He ensures projects are delivered on time and that every customer receives excellent communication from proposal through to completion.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing football and going to the gym.
Rob Waugh
Project Engineer
Rob joined Viable Power in 2025 after a career in architecture.
His eye for design helps customers get the most from their roof space, with layouts that balance performance and aesthetics.
Rob takes pride in producing efficient, high-quality solar designs.
When he’s not surveying properties or developing proposals, he spends time with his young family.
Brad Porta-Rios
Senior Electrician
Brad joined Viable Power in 2022 and quickly progressed to a senior role thanks to his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Known for his excellent workmanship and friendly approach, Brad focuses on delivering top-quality installations for both solar and EV charging systems.
In his free time, he enjoys family life and playing golf.
Steve Thomas
Electrical Trainee
Steve joined Viable Power in 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the installation team.
Always eager to learn, he’s gaining hands-on experience from our senior electricians while bringing great energy to every project.
Steve lives locally with his partner and daughter and enjoys chatting with customers over a cuppa during installs.
