The Home 3 Pro ships with a CT clamp as standard, so it can read your solar generation in real time. Three modes let you choose how your car charges. Boost gives you the full 7.4 kW from the grid. Eco mixes solar and grid. Super Eco charges from surplus solar only.
Built-In PEN Fault Protection
Hypervolt chargers do not need a separate earth rod. PEN fault protection is built into the unit, which keeps installation tidier and reduces the time we spend on site.
Tariff-Friendly Smart Charging
Schedule charging sessions for the cheap windows of Intelligent Octopus Go or any other off-peak tariff through the Hypervolt app. Charging cost on Octopus off-peak rates is currently a fraction of standard daytime electricity, depending on your tariff and usage.
Weatherproof and Tough
The unit is rated IP66 for water and dust resistance and IK10 for impact. It is built to live outside on a Surrey driveway for years without fading, cracking or letting in water.
Three Cable Lengths, Three Colours
Choose a 5 m, 7.5 m or 10 m tethered Type 2 cable to suit your driveway. Choose Ultra White, Ultra Black or Space Grey to suit your house. Integrated cable storage keeps the wall tidy when the cable is not in use.
How Much Does a Hypervolt Charger Cost?
The Hypervolt Home 3 Pro sits in the premium end of the home charger market. Installation cost depends on three things. The cable run from your consumer unit to the charger location. Whether you have spare capacity in the consumer unit. And whether you want any solar or battery integration set up at the same time.
We give you a fixed quote before any work starts. The price you agree is the price you pay.
